What we collect

We collect the information you give us, including:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and address if you provide it.
• Booking dates, times, service requests, and details you share about your space or project.
• Agreement and photo waiver records, including drawn signatures, typed names, signing dates, photo-permission choices, and uploaded paper-signed copies.
• Project notes and photos.
• Invoices, receipts, and payment records.

Why we use it

We use this information to book and carry out organizing work, communicate with you, send booking confirmations and updates, issue invoices and receipts, and run the client portal. It also helps us keep records of the work we have agreed to and completed.

Services that help run the website

We use these services to provide the website and our services:

• Clerk manages accounts and sign-in.
• Google Calendar syncs booking information with Clarity Creator’s business calendar. This can include your name, booking date and time, service type, and booking notes.
• Resend sends email notifications, including booking messages and invoices.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores portal records and uploaded files.

These services receive information needed for their part of the service. We do not sell your information.

Project photos

We use and share your photos only as your signed photo waiver allows. Signing the service agreement does not, by itself, give permission to use photos for marketing. If your waiver does not allow marketing use, we do not use those photos for marketing.

Cookies and technical information

The website uses cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in, sessions, and account security. A short-lived security cookie is also used when Clarity Creator connects its Google Calendar.

We have not added Google Analytics or advertising trackers to this website. Our hosting and sign-in services receive technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, as part of operating the site. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when your browser requests those fonts.

Your choices and questions

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or ask questions about how it is used. Email rikkilee@claritycreator.ca.

We may need to confirm your identity before changing or sharing private records. Some records may need to be kept to document completed work, payments, or agreements. We will explain what can be corrected or deleted.
